Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees and a larger selection of hotels.

Registration fees include:
- Admission to all sessions, tutorials included
- Conference documents
- Entrance to the exhibition hall
- Coffee breaks and lunches according to the program (September 17-21)
- Excursion at the Mont-St-Michel (lunch included)
The Gala Dinner (Rates include 20% VAT) will take place on Thursday, September 20, evening. Please indicate your desired participation for the excursion and/or the Gala dinner on the registration form and send it to email@example.com.
In order to fully register for the conference, you need to pre-register on the portal (pre-registration confirmation will be sent to you by email after checking of the payment mean and reception of the registration form).
Credit card only is accepted, American express refused.
After pre-registration is accepted, full registration and payment should be made in one single shot (no breaks) in order to be completed.
Once payment is accepted and registration is confirmed, you will receive an invoice as proof of payment, and you will be considered as fully registered for the event.

IRSTEA Rennes agents and invited speakers should register as “guests”, and payment for agents from other IRSTEA regional centers will issue a transfer form to the host center.
The accompanying persons have only access to the excursion. The Gala dinner fee is due. Available places are limited to the first 5 registered accompanying persons.
The “special rate” of 358 € concerns company members sponsoring the conference in a limited number of 2 per private company (depending on the Sponsoring option).
The Gala dinner must be paid by all participant except guests.

Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or email) to firstname.lastname@example.org according to the following conditions. Reimbursement will be processed AFTER the Congress:
- Up to July 13, 2018: full reimbursement
- After July 13, 2018: no refund
